Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites function efficiently, to provide website owners with information about how their sites are used, and to enable certain features and personalization.
Cookies are set either by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by third-party services that the website uses (third-party cookies). Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remaining on your device for a set period or until you delete them).
In addition to cookies, we also use similar tracking technologies such as web beacons (also called tracking pixels or clear GIFs), local storage objects, and pixel tags. This policy covers all of these technologies collectively under the term "cookies."
This Cookie Policy forms part of Truely's Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. By using trueIy.com, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy. You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time using the methods described in Section 6.
This Cookie Policy applies to trueIy.com and all subdomains operated by Truely Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 1 Raffles Place, Singapore 048616. For questions about this policy, contact us at support@trueIy.com.
Truely uses cookies for four main purposes:
Essential operation: Some cookies are strictly necessary for our website and services to function. Without these cookies, parts of the website would not work correctly — you would not be able to log into your account, complete a purchase, or maintain a session as you navigate between pages.
Analytics and performance: We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are most visited, how long visitors spend on each page, where visitors come from, and what actions they take before purchasing a plan. This data is used to improve our website and make it easier to use.
Functionality and preferences: Functional cookies allow our website to remember choices you have made — your preferred language, your currency display preference, or whether you have dismissed certain notifications. These cookies make the website more convenient to use but are not strictly necessary.
Marketing and conversion tracking: We use marketing cookies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. If you arrived at our website through an advertisement, a marketing cookie helps us record this so we can measure which campaigns lead to plan purchases. We do not use third-party advertising networks to serve targeted ads to visitors on other websites based on Truely browsing data.

Some of the cookies described above are set by third parties whose privacy policies govern the use of data collected through those cookies:
We do not sell the data collected through cookies to any third parties. Cookie data shared with the providers listed above is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.
You have several options for managing cookies on trueIy.com:
When you first visit trueIy.com, a cookie consent banner is displayed. You can choose to accept all cookies or decline non-essential cookies. Selecting "Decline" disables analytics, functional, and marketing cookies while preserving essential cookies required for the site to function. You can change your selection at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site — the consent banner will reappear.
All major browsers provide settings to control cookies. Instructions for common browsers:
Blocking all cookies in your browser will prevent essential cookies from being set and will significantly impair your ability to log into your account or complete a purchase. We recommend blocking only specific cookie categories rather than all cookies.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information about your visit with Google Analytics.
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. The web industry has not yet established a universal standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Truely does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals. We will revisit this position if a common industry standard emerges.
The Truely mobile application for iOS and Android uses equivalent tracking technologies (SDKs rather than browser cookies) for analytics, error monitoring, and functionality purposes. The data collected and the purposes are equivalent to those described for cookies on our website. You can manage analytics data collection in the Truely app settings under Privacy > Data Collection Preferences.
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in technology, or changes in applicable legal requirements. When we add new cookies or change how we use existing ones in a material way, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date at the top.
For material changes to cookie practices that require renewed consent under applicable law (such as the GDPR's ePrivacy Directive requirements for EEA visitors), we will display a new consent banner on your next visit to the site, even if you have previously accepted cookies.
