Simon spent seven years in B2B sales across logistics and telecoms before founding Truely. He led Southeast Asia partnerships at DHL Express, closing carrier contracts worth over $40M annually, and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He built Truely's first carrier agreement framework using lessons from those negotiations.
Rachel Tan
CTO & Co-Founder
Rachel led infrastructure engineering at Grab for four years, where she built the distributed billing system handling 12M daily ride payments. She holds a Computer Science degree from NUS and wrote the first version of Truely's SM-DP+ provisioning server in a month. She oversees all carrier integration and platform architecture.
Marcus Hiew
VP, Carrier Partnerships
Marcus spent eight years in wholesale roaming at StarHub, negotiating IOT (International Operator Tariff) agreements across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He joined Truely in 2023 to build the carrier network from 12 to 140+ partners. He manages the bilateral agreements that make Truely's local-speed data delivery possible.
